The Strahler is a grape mixture with a long tradition in the area of Appiano/Eppan and at the Stroblhof in particular. This wine is made up of roundabout 90% Pinot Blanc, 5% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Gris..

TYPE OF SOIL

Red clay mixed with porphyry and limestone on one side, calcareous gravel deposits on the other.

ORIGIN

Two plots of land in the STROBLHOF and SATTEL estates. The estates are situated on approx. 450-520 metres above sea level in the municipality of Appiano/Eppan.
