The greatest care, from the vine to the bottle

As they grow on the vine, grapes absorb the essential qualities of their terroir. It takes great care and dedication to draw out their potential and transfer it into the bottle. Year after year, we are faced with new challenges, but our goal is always the same – getting the best out of our grapes.

Our grapes thrive on the fertile slopes, before they are carefully processed in the wine cellar.

Natural importance

When it came to building our cellar, we were of one mind that natural materials were the way to go. Clay-panelled walls, terracotta cube flooring, mixed clay and lime plastering and an earthen floor under the barrique barrels ensure an optimal environment to favour the good ageing of both red and white wines in oak barrels.
