Rooted in tradition, grown with passion.
Our wine-growing estate extends largely across the slopes at the foot of Mt. Mendel over a surface area of 6 hectares, which are dedicated to red and white grapes in equal parts. Here, the chalky soils have a porphyritic nature, which combines with down draughts to create favourable growing conditions for Burgundy grapes in particular. Add long-standing tradition and courage for innovation, and the result is expressive wines with good cellaring potential. The quality of these wines is guaranteed by the low yield, with a maximum annual output of 42,000 bottles.
