PINOT ROSÉ

This wine reflects the diversity of our Pinot Noir vineyards. Juice extraction is carried out on all Pinot Noirs, especially the Riserva, to increase the intensity. This special wine is made up of the various juices extracted. 

TYPE OF SOIL

Red clay with limestone and porphyry rock at Stroblhof and predominantly calcareous soil structures in the other locations.

GRAPE VARIETY

Mixture of Pinot noir clones, Guyot training system.
